i think the problem with the skills getting interrupted and casting skills while being kb/ stunned etc is it should automatically go into cooldown like i remember back in a3 deka sea. here it doesnt go automatically so if one cast it again, it will just bug or if your lucky you can use the same skill in some rare instsnces like my vs before if you are experiencing lags.also roll backs.

Also adding heal to your stats does NOT increase your defense anymore. That was in the old days only. What determines your range of flinch is your max hp and your max shield.
If your ms is high you are more likely to have your skills cancelled because of the delays you get. When your ms is high it may appear that your opponent is close to you, but in reality he is not. You should never use a skill unless you are certain that you are in range.
