Introduction

We are so happy to present to you our Rising2018 Patch (Patch 15). This is a HUGE patch and there's a lot of really cool and awesome stuff. The comprehensive gear balance project and the comprehensive skill balance project have been in development for MONTHS and we're so excited to finally share them with you.

Summary:

  • Colosseum Ranking System V2.0
    • Project Lead: @Nitex
    • Summary: A brand new ranking system for Colosseum where there are brand new, exclusive prizes for the Top 10 Players in Battle Royale, Top 10 Players in Party Match, and Top 3 in both categories.
    • Goal: Improve the competitive aspect of Colosseum and reward the best warriors with exclusive prizes.
  • Comprehensive Gear Balance
    • Project Lead: @[GM]Fayth
    • Summary: A comprehensive stat revamp that has updated the stats on hundreds of items.
    • Goal: Improve overall balance between gears and sets, specifically improving the gap between Osmium and Terragrace gear.
  • Comprehensive Skill Balance
    • Project Lead: @Dannyboi & @Dave
    • Summary: A comprehensive skill revamp that has updated the stats on hundreds of skills.
    • Goal: Improve overall balance between classes to make PvP and PvE more competitive and more fun.

Rising Colosseum Ranking System V2.0

Rankings will begin on January 1st and be reset on January 31st. On January 31st, the top 15 players will be mailed an exclusive reward.

Prizes will be sent at the end of each month when the points reset.

What is the Rising Colosseum Ranking System V2.0?

  • Every month, each character starts out with 0 Battle Royale Points and 0 Party Match Points.
  • For every match, the character will receive B Points or P Points (win = more points, more kills = more points).
  • Rankings will be displayed on the website (go to the top and click Rankings) to show which characters have the most Battle Royale Points and which have the most Party Match points. You will also be able to check your individual ranking as well.
  • What if my character wins top 10 in both BR Ranking Points and PTM Ranking Points?
    In this case, the character will receive both prizes. Epic bragging rights.
  • We will be adding more prizes as we see fit.

Where can I access the ranking list & leaderboards?

The website has been updated with a ranking page (see top navigating bar, look for RANKINGS). Alternatively, here's the link: https://dekaronrising.com/index.php?/rankings/

You can also check the in-game colosseum Ranking NPC -- however the NPC is only updated once a day and is not always accurate. The website ranking list is the most accurate and is updated after every match.

At the beginning of each month, everyone will start with 0 BR Ranking Points and 0 PTM Ranking Points.

Players caught attempting to cheat the system will be permanently banned from Colosseum on ALL of their accounts. The system will have new monitoring tools that will log who was in each battle.
  • Added 'Basic Hoverboard' Mount to the B/P Coin Exchange at NPC Darin.

Overall goal of this gear balance:

To lessen the massive gap between Osmium and Teragrace. In the past, Osmium stood no chance against Teragrace. This mainly happened because Teragrace gave a very high amount of Heal stats whereas Osmium gear doesn’t give heal stats at all.

Teragrace used to be more than 250% better than Osmium just calculating the heal stats alone. That percentage does not take into account the added vitality and other various stats.

Miscellaneous Changes:

  • Teragrace, TeragraceMC,  Speedboots V2, and Speedboots V3 are all required level 190.
  • Kona Robin is now fixed completely, see details below
  • Parca's Tear balance adjustment
  • All emblems now have the same stats (Dshop emblems removed from Dshop and added to NPC Lowe obtainable by PP)

 want to ask, why i cant enter to Channel ARK ( GLOBAL ) /OTHERS, just can stay at ARK (ANTI DDOS ) ......

The biggest skill balance patch ever made in Dekaron Rising!

This balance patch was made to fit the new Gear Balance, which was really necessary not only for end game PVP but also for new players to be able to compete in the game without having all the best items, which was our goal all along.
If you haven't read the Gear Balance notes yet I suggest you do that before reading this!

Besides this balance patch being made to fit the new Gear Balance we also discovered some miscalculated Mastery stats.

Main Focuses:

  • Adjusting skill balance to fit new Gear Balance
  • Correcting "Mastery Skills" that were changed as bandaid solutions.
  • Dragon Knight rework
  • Improving the overall PvP / PvE experience

Things you should know before reading:

  • Skill damage is NOT in game damage
  • These are not final changes. We will adjust the things that needs adjusting in Balance Part 3 which will be released much faster than part 2 was.

Segita Hunter

 

Bow Mastery:

- Damage reduced from 45% to 30%

Crossbow Mastery:
- Damage reduced from 40% to 30%
Rapid Fire:
- Rapid Fire now increases hit rate by 1088 and crit rate by 1359 for 2.15 seconds.
- Added a knockback to the last hit.
Crow Wings:
- Now reduces enemy movement speed by 200% for 3.5 seconds
- Added a knockback to the last hit.
Multi Blink:
- Now reduces enemy movement speed by 200% for 3 seconds
Chaos Blast:
- Now detargets twice for 3 seconds
Quick Arrest:
- Skill damage has been increased by 40%

Flame Blast:
- Skill damage has been increased by 40%

Crazy Arrow:
- Skill damage has been increased by 40%

Fire Bullet:
- Skill damage has been increased by 40%

Piercing Magnum:
- Skill damage has been increased by 20%

- Now also increases all nearby party members movement speed for 30 seconds.

Pulses:
- Decreased PC Damage Rate from 40 to 30
Chircon 2:
- Now reduces -286 crit rate, -238 accuracy and -300 guard rate each hit instead of -886 crit rate, -638 accuracy and -700 guard rate

- Skill damage has been decreased by 40%

Critical Aegis:
- Now decreases enemy Critical Rate by 16% for 50 seconds instead of 15% for 20 seconds

Health Regain:
- Duration has been decreased from 25 seconds to 15 seconds

Preventer:
- Now gives the user 10% pk/pvp resist for 25 seconds instead of 9% for 30 seconds

Critical Rise:
- Now increases Critical Damage by 5% for 48 seconds instead of 15% for 70 seconds

Tunreis 2:
- Duration has been decreased from 15 seconds to 9.5 seconds

Obortan 1:
- Duration has been decreased from 120 seconds to 60 seconds

Demolition Immob:
- Skill damage has been increased by 35%

Gach Blade:
- Skill damage has been increased by 40%

Spirit of Harsh:
- Skill damage has been increased by 30%

Meteo Force:
- Skill damage has been increased by 40%

- Damage has been increased from 30% to 35%

- Added a debuff that gives opponents -700 fire resist for 7 seconds at level 10

Thunder Spear:
- Added a debuff that gives opponents -700 lightning resist for 7 seconds at level 10

- Added a buff that gives the user +10% fire/ice damage for 7 seconds at level 10

Twin Mastery:
- Physical attack and defense has been reduced from 45% to 30%
Vicious Mastery:
- Damage has been reduced from 35% to 30%

Soul Link:
- Damage share has been reduced from 25% to 21%
Dark Avatar:
- Skill damage has been increased by 10%
Devil Swing:
- Skill damage has been increased by 20%
Velochiup:
- Skill damage has been increased by 10%
Shadow Revenge:
- Skill damage has been increased by 10%

Poison mist:
- Aoe has been increased

Increase poison:
- Decreased cast time
- Aoe has been increased
- Added a poison resist debuff which reduces opponent's poison resistance by 500
- Added a debuff which reduces enemy movement speed by 30%

Palpus:
- Increased the movement speed debuff from 50% to 75%

Murcia:
- Added a debuff which reduces opponent's movement speed by 50% for 5 sec

- PC damage rate increased from 25 to 35

Fastesten:
- Now also slightly regenerates shield
- HP has been decreased by 35%

Blade Mastery:
- Damage has been reduced from 35% to 30%
Vicious Mastery:
- Damage has been reduced from 35% to 30%

Poison shock:
- Increased debuff duration from 7 to 12 seconds

Flying Blade:
- Increased pc damage rate from 38 to 42

- Skill damage has been increased by 20%

Blade Storm:
- Increased pc damage rate from 32 to 40
- Skill damage has been increased by 20%
Ghost Dancing:
- Skill damage has been increased by 20%
Runtar:
- Skill damage has been decreased by 20%
Imagery Blade:
- Skill damage has been decreased by 10%
Nasconder:
- Skill damage has been increased by 10%

- Critical rate has been increased from 298 to 348


Dark Wizard

 

Limit Rush:
- Limit Rush now slows on the first hit and locks skills on the last hit
- Cast animation has been slowed down

Devils Armor:
- Now gives +10% max shield and +3% pk/pvp damage tolerance instead of +25% max shield and +3% pk/pvp damage tolerance

Mana Barrier:
- Now gives +20% melee and long ranged damage resistance instead of +30%

Healing Mastery:
- Healing Mastery has been changed from +10% healing power and 15 spr stats to +10% healing power only
Blood Mastery:
- Blood Mastery has been decreased from +20% magic damage to +15% magic damage and +5% max hp
Healing Moss:
- Cooldown has been increased from 6 to 8 seconds
Self Heal:
- Cooldown has been increased from 3 to 4 seconds

 

Bagi Warrior

 

Martial Arts Mastery:
- Damage has been reduced from 40% to 30%
Mad Bloods:
- Skill damage has been increased by 40%
Carnage:
- Skill damage has been increased by 40%
Spirit Shout:
- Skill damage has been increased by 10%

- Skill damage has been increased by 60%
