    DKSQ revive idea

    something i just thought about at work the most fun in the game for me happends inside DKSQ and i belive its the same for most players. yet many people cant get the high endgame gear to be able to challange the old players in the server. i thought of few ideas you can use to keep the F2P players in server and hopefully make DKSQ more active and with many players not just 5vs5 or lower sometimes. here they are!!!!! 1. bring back the DKSQ armors and raise their stats and qualities so they will be something similar to tera sets or atleast stronger then OSM sets but weaker then tera sets, because they work only insdie DKSQ it will not have effects on battle royal, dungs, pvp events, seige war, etc. and most importantly wont effect the old players with the endgame gear they worked so hard to get, it will probbly give them more intresting play of the server as now they will have more ppl at DKSQ wich can actually fight them and not die in instant. yet they still have the advantage at all the other stuff wich they diserve. ofcorse you should raise the prices of those armors or the argates to upgrade them so it take little bit more time. (please make this one happend it will give new commers fun server and wont heart the donators and old players at all) 2. make new kind of consumable items that gives buffs that works only inside DKSQ such as: 10% fire/ice/light/psn damage for 7 min (damage for one element not all of the at once dont make mages OP) 10% defance/elemental resist for 7 min 50% shield reviving speed for 7 min 15% block chance for 3 min and theres much more we can think of guys! 3. maybe make a ranking ladder that starts every month from 0 and the points you get by killing in DKSQ and every month give the top 10 players of DKSQ a prize. i really think these ideas are good for this server as they give you a way to advance towards gear that let you fight more equally only at DKSQ and if you wanna be the best you'll still have to work hard as always but meanwhile you have 1 place that for 30 min each time you go in you can have fun and fight hard even with pro players and not die in 1 skill AND ACTUALLY FEEL THE WHOLE POINT OF DEKARON ! ! ! ALSO the idea allows you to get closer to gear thats good (or the best) for only 1 thing but its something. and you can do it as SOLO player, probbly take more time but atleast you can. as i feel now its hard to go over 190 without a team. these idea let you do something not boring as grinding DP (because you grind DKSQ) and get something that gets you to good items while you have fun killing and dying at DKSQ thank you for reading waiting for your comments

Unfortunately, the game does not log DK Square statistics like it does Colosseum statistics, however, we're working on an innovative solution to get around that. If all goes well, we will soon be launching a DK Square ranking system. It will work similarly to the Colosseum ranking system with different exclusive prizes and recognition.     We’ve considered this idea, but it would defeat the purpose of having the skin system. The whole point of the system is to give players the option to chose a skin entirely based on appearance. If we made them give different stats, people would have to pick skins based on the stats and not based on what they liked.

    Hello lllllllll The low penalty time was due to the crashes, however we just released an update that heavily improves performance and should also reduce crash if not completely remove them, so it's very possible that we can increase the penalty time for relogging. Thank you.

    Dragon Knight Class Buffs

    So i tried to play DK and its really good but the buffs duration sucks.... why? because you need to buffs like every minute. Can't you guys make it like the other class buffs? increasing the buff duration and increasing the CD time so you wont be buffing every now and then since its unli. ex: Defeat Reject (Applies defeat rate buffs to self), you can make it to have 5mins duration and change the CD time to 6-7mins for interval. Why im suggesting this? Because it takes like a minute to buff all the buffs before you can attack. For example, in DKSQ, your buffing while your team are attacking the enemies and your team are slowly dying but your still buffing (don't tell me that you can just atk w.o buffs because DK w.o buffs is squishy same goes with other class). Just my one cent suggestion so pls respect my post.

    hey man i wanted to ask you is the server worth playing and if your guild is alive. because im considering alot to come back into dekaron thp i remember it pretty unactive, dead DKSQ and huge gap of gear bitween the donators and newcomers wich is impossible to cantch up because theres no players farming and argates drop well only in tower wich requires pretty strong account to farm efficiantly so to summ it all up. do you recommand me to come and open new account?

    Guys what do u think to give some dmg to skins? For example: sap skin can give 100 poison dmg, maelstorm 100 ice, teck 100 dmg and others to give something elce. I think it would be fun. And now that chakras are not so important can u give more HP to them Ty.

    Some honest thoughts.

    Some honest thoughts. Ever since I joined rising its no doubt that its the best and most active server to this date. This are in no way a critcism of how the staffs runs the server of any sort. Im simply wanting to share my thoughts and feedback. I feel like there has been a decline in the activity of the server the last couple of weeks. And I have heard atleast a couple of people agree with me. We are lacking content , or something to do. Yes im aware that there is tons of stuff that you CAN do, but im talking about content that we havent allready done countless of hours and gotten tired of. I think this server would benefit of a more major patch with content that lasts atleast a couple of months. Some new content for both new and ungeared players, but also endgame players. I feel like majority of players are lacking the reason to farm/grind/lvl/DKSQ. While I think the new DKSQ ladder system will improve DKSQ-activity. It would have been nice to have something else than DKSQ or farming DP. I have some suggestions stuff that I feel like would be worth/cool doing ingame. A chain Quest! .Add a couple of revamped maps / new maps / old maps dosnt really matter. So what im thinking is this : Make a chain quest that have you batteling through sevral zones in one map, all increasing in difficulty as you progress with your chain quest. So ultimately you would have to be endgame geared ish to be able to complete the entire questline. Prices should be rewareded depending on what zone you completed. Im thinking that the rewards should be binded or should be something that will not affect the market too much. Im thinking something like 4-8 quests each zone where each quest gives small rewards. and the last quest beeing the most difficult in this zone and rewarded thereafter. reward overview/suggestion: The first quests in zone 1: some binded malakites, maybe some stacks of buff that will help you progress, some argates(binded) that can help you upgrade your gear and progress. The last quest that leads to the completion of the zone could might give you a small amount of GP, a ring /acessorie that will help you out on the next zone. the important part is to make it so it does not really interefere with the pvp/pk system. So nothing too crazy of rewards. I havent really thought much about rewards. But then increase the rewards as the zones progresses. And while you do this quests and are in these maps, make the mobs have a small chance of dropping som DP,DB,Narukes. So that you can get character progression witouth thinking "imma just stay here and grind for hours to get narukes". But instead you get abit of farming while having the fun of progressing throught the zones and maps.Ultimatley when you have finished the whole quest line you should have enough of various item that you can exchange for a greater reward for completing the entire quest. Some quests might include you needing PP to finish, this will also contribute to DKSQ. preferably this would have to be towards the end of the questchain so that eggut players does not have to join dksq and get oneshotted by the endgame players. Daily quests! I know this has been suggested before. But im thinking something like quests that you can do daily. both for dksq/br but also just some pve content. That will give most player a reason to login and atleast complete these daily quests. Maybe update the daily quests with new objects to complete on two week /monthly basis to avoid too much of repetitivness. Again not too crazy of rewards. But make it wortwhile for players to complete each cycle of the daily quests if you update them every 14th day or 30th day. Maybe add an exclusive token that you recive if you have completed all the daily quests for that cycle. And lets say if you have done enough cycles you can get a cosmetic that you only can get if you have completed all quests in 3,6,12 cycles etc. That it can show ingame that you have actually grinded hard and done all your dailies. combine this with WinnieTehPooh's dksq revive suggstion and i think it will result in a pretty good increase in player base. I dont have any more ideas right now. But this thread will be updated as I get more ideas.

If destroyed or they run out of time.. also increase my pet HP to 999,999,999,999,999 because I dont want to have to resummon.     I’ve been thinking about ways to create a DK Square ladder system even before seeing this post because I figured people would be interestedly in it. Like @Fayth mentioned, it’s a little trickier because Colosseum had its own ranking system that I just built off of for the Colosseum Ranking System. That said, this post inspired me to think about more ways to make it work (programmatically speaking). And... I think I just thought of a way to do just that! Will research it and let you know . Feel free to give us prize suggestions too!

    Sorry for the late reply! atm the guild is not very much alive ! due to the fact that I have not had time to play. I would say the server isnt really super active. but its the most active dekaron server to this date. even more active than global so. I would definitely recommend starting here if you are considering playin dekaron.

    You are afraid of the darkness that dwells inside you But sometimes you gotta fight darkness with darkness -- Introduction The Seguriper is a really interesting class. It is a hybrid class which means it's not a pure elemental damage based class like mage nor a pure physical damage based class like Azure Knight. I will talk more about this later in this guide. Segupriper is an amazing all-round class which is easily noticed by the sheer amount of seguripers seen in game especially by hard farmers and new players. This is due to Seguripers ability to not only dish out some crazy amounts of DPS in PvE aswell as PvP, but also due to its ability to buff and heal itself. If that isn't enough the Seguriper also uses a freaking scythe as weapon, so if you're the type who is into dark themes, weakening your opponent with curses and tearing them apart with scythes then the Seguriper is definitely your class! - In this guide I will talk about: 1) Seguriper is a Hybrid class 2) What skills to level up 3) Important skills and what they do 4) Possible Stat Builds 5) Seguriper Playstyles 6) Bonus: Segureaper in team PvE - 1) Seguriper is a Hybrid Class Yes, I mentioned that Seguriper is a hybrid class, but what exactly does that mean? It means that Seguriper uses skills that are both Curse Elemental Based AND Physical Damage Based aswell. Curse Elemental Based skills have higher damage the more points you put in SPR and Physical Damage Based skills have higher damage the more points you put in STR. Oh no this sounds really complicated, how do I know what skills are Curse and which are Physical? I will show you right now! - 2) What skills to level up Like with every class, some skills are more useful than others, but how do you know which skills you should level up to avoid wasting your precious skillpoints? I will show you right now! - 3) Important skills and what they do Now a lot of people who make guides often talk about combos. "What combos should I use so I can always kill my enemies?" I'm sorry to break it to you, but I'm not going to do that, because Dekaron is a fast paced action MMORPG, if you are just going to use the same combo over and over you will never be a strong player. Instead I will show you some important skills and explain what they do and how they can be used in various situations. This way you can practice and shape your own combos and playstyle. The most important trick to becoming a good player is experience. Learn everything you can about all classes so you can figure out the best way for you to counter each class and each different players playstyle. This goes for all classes by the way, not just segu. I will however show you my skillbar setup aswell, just to show you that there isn't much logic in how I set up my skillbar. I can't just 1 2 3 4 5, I play with whatever I'm most comfortable with and then I adjust my playstyle depending on the class and player I'm facing. Knowledge is power so allow me to share mine: - Self Healing and Healing Moss. Pretty self explanatory. You use these to avoid getting killed. Timing on these however are actually quite important. You don't wanna use them too early and you don't wanna use them too late. - Recover Shield. Also pretty self explanatory. Once again your timing is important. I usually use this if my enemy is hesitating to attack or if they are running away from me and I choose not to persue because I know I can't finish him off yet. - Dark Circle. Do your very best to always keep this buff activated as it increases your Curse damage by 10% while active. - Removal. This is actually one of your most important skills. This skill is able to remove severe debuffs from yourself. This includes both PvP and PvE. You know that annoying web/hp drain from the first spider in Tower 2nd floor? remove it. Know that annoying 20 second stun from Rudene? remove it. Some important skills you can remove in PvP though would be (There may be more but I can't recall all of them right now, feel free to comment if you remember more): - Palpus slow/poison resistance debuff (Vicious/Concerra Summoner) - Vulnerable Arrow defense debuff (Segita Hunter) Note: Removal can NOT remove curses (segu and segnale debuffs) - Paralyze. Decreases the opponents movement speed by 100%. Can be used for escapes, catching running targets and even disrupting combos of classes such as Dragon Knight that are reliant on short duration buffs/pulses for burst dps combos. - Reduce Curse. Reduces the opponents curse resistance by 650 for 14 seconds. If you are quick this can be used to increase the potency of a curse damage combo on a sleeping target. - Sleep. Much like, but more efficient than Paralyze. Puts your target to sleep and can be used to interrupt your opponents combo, but also to initiate your own. - Cursed Fog. This aoe debuff decreases your targets critical rate by 644 and hit rate by 1089 for 60 seconds. Keep this on your opponent as much as possible to minimize the damage you take from their attacks. - Cursed Mist. This aoe debuff decreases your targets max hp by 15% but also reduces all healing efficiencies by 45%. This is especially effective when you believe your opponent is on HP and you wanna finish them off as their max hp is reduced by 15% and their hp potion effects are almost halfed. This means an imperial potion (heals 8000 HP) will instead only heal 4400. This debuff also lasts 60 seconds. - Curse Legion. While this skill isn't that harmful compared to some others, it can be used to throw off some people chasing you in wars, as it is natural for them to dodge aoes even tho the skill is pretty much harmless. Can also be used in huge cluster fights to deal a small amount of damage to a lot of targets. - Blood Hit. This is an extremely important skill. What makes this skill so deadly is that all hits tracks the target. That means you can't dodge this skill. This makes the skill extremely good for finishing off running targets. - Pillages. These skills are extremely important and can be used in a variety of ways. A lot of segus will just spam them for the increased damage, however I prefer to use them to interrupt other peoples combos (mostly). The Soul Pillage is especially effective against kiting enemies such as hunter and mages. Example: If you have ever fought a mage you know they are extremely combo reliant (emited flash, transfer lightning and aqua circle). Simply throw a pillage as soon as you see a mage do Emited Flash and they main combo is already ruined. Check the skill description in game to see what their buffs/debuffs do. They mainly lock your targets use of skills and then absorb their magic attack, physical attack at the cost of sacrificing some of your own magic resistance or defense. - Tizen Storm. This skill increases your movement speed by 20% and your PvP damage tolerance by 10% for 8 seconds. This is extremely useful for escaping combos or minimizing the potency of another players combo on you. It also pulses dealing small damage to surrounding targets. - Fin Rising. This isn't the most important skill, but I do like to use it when fighting classes that relies on kiting and aoes such as hunters and mages as it slows the target, but also dodges their aoe by moving towards them. - Envoy Other Self. This skill has high physical damage, and is also a really good skill for chasing down kiting or running targets. Not only does it pursue your target, but it also increases your critical rate by 12% for 8 seconds, which allows for a follow up combo. - Envoy Prison and Curse Circle. Envoy Prison lowers your targets movement speed by 100% for 3 seconds while dealing damage. The reason I combined these is because this is one of my favorite combo starters with segu on targets that are far away. I sleep or paralyze them then throw Envoy Prison followed up by Curse Circle. Curse Circle is hard enough to dodge as it is and even harder with the movement speed debuff. Additionally Curse Circle also decreases ALL damage of your opponent by an incredible 20% for 5 seconds. - Diskalo. This skill causes curse damage to pulse around you 5 times having a 75% each hit to reduce your opponents curse resistance by 5% and 150 for 10 seconds. This is a skill that most opponents would like to stay away from, as it is extremely puninshing for someone to tank this debuff as the segus curse based skills will deal incredible amounts of damage 10 seconds after. This skill can be used both as defense and offense. - Dopios. This is the last skill I'm going to talk about. This skill has extremely high damage, but should only be used when an opponent is asleep or when an opponent is engaging you in close range combat as the range of this skill is extremely low. It can be a hard skill to use, but if you successfully land it the damage is insane. Additionally this skill also reduces the targets critical damage by 10% each hit for 7 seconds. There are more important skills, but I left some out because I figured they were pretty self explanatory. - 4) Possible Stat Builds Like with all classes there are 3 overall stat builds: - Heal build - Mixed build - Str/Dex/Spr build Wether you follow these or find something in between is completely up to you. It is a matter of preference. Str is what segu uses for his physical skills, but a str build is mainly used by people who farm easy targets in PvE such as Shadowkris. Full Heal build is definitely something I can recommend for any new players as it allows you to survive. A heal build is definitely also something I recommend just overall, for both PvE and PvP alike, it doesn't have to be FULL heal. This is my stat build on Seguriper for reference: 333 STR - 5 DEX - X HEAL - 222 SPR X means just add all remaining stat points on heal. Also note that since I use a heal build majority of my combos consist of Curse based skills. However this doesn't mean I don't use physical based skills aswell. Like I said in the end its a matter of preference. You can copy my build or find one that suits you and your playstyle. - 5) Seguriper Playstyles I feel like a lot of this has already been covered in "important skills and what they do", but I have a quick suggestion that I hope you will take into consideration if you wish to become a good Seguriper. When you play you will see A LOT of segus doing the following: Sleep > Use all 3 pillages > Culpierd > Blood Hit This is without second thought one of the WORST combos you can use as a seguriper in my opinion. You literally just threw away all your combo breakers and counter possibilities just for some extra damage. This is something only a very unskilled seguriper would do UNLESS you are certain that your target has no shield left and you want to finish him off as quickly as possible. Wasting your pillages like this leaves you extremely open and vulnerable especially against classes such as Concerra Summoner and Dragon Knight whose only purpose in life is to erase you from existence. Anyways that is just my opinion on that "combo". As promised heres a picture of my Seguriper skillbar to show you that I don't have any logical setup or 1 2 3 4 combo setup. Obviously if I used 1 2 3 4 5 with this skillbar I would get my ass handed to me in an instant. I simply put the skills the way I'm most comfortable with: - 6) Seguriper in team PvE (BONUS) Just a few quick tips when you're doing PvE and fighting strong bosses as a segu in a party. - A lot of boss debuffs can be removed with "Removal" If you see any party members in trouble don't hestitate to help them - As a segu you're obv not a segnale, but IF you see someone about to die while you're doing fine yourself, don't hesitate to throw them some of that juicy healing moss - Please always keep your party buffed - I hope you will find this guide to your liking. It has been a while since I've played Seguriper, however I can comfortably say that this is one of, if not my overall strongest class.
